2 Celery stalks; chop fine
1lgCarrot; chop fine
1mdOnion; chop fine
2tbSweet butter
1tbCurry powder
1tbLemon juice
1 Bay leaf
1/2tsSalt
3 Chicken bouillon cubes
2qtWater

Place all ingredients in crockpot, stir, cover, cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Garnish with chopped green pepper.
